Programme Overview
The PGP is IIM Kozhikode's flagship two-year full-time management programme. It is designed around a broad management foundation rather than a single functional specialisation. The programme is relevant to candidates evaluating consulting, finance, marketing, analytics, operations and general-management careers.

Eligibility & CAT Cutoff
For 2026-28, candidates on the regular graduation route require 60% aggregate in graduation and at least three years of education after 10+2. The policy also requires a positive scaled CAT score in every section.

Fees & What the Fee Covers
The official 2026-28 PGP fee is ₹23.50 lakh for two years, or ₹11.75 lakh per year. The published structure includes tuition, infrastructure/miscellaneous charges, books and study material, library, examination, hostel and other programme-related heads.

Stage 1: Meet the minimum criteria and complete IIMK's online registration after CAT. Stage 2: the institute prepares a category-wise shortlist using an Aggregate Index Score based on CAT, Class X/XII, work experience and gender/academic diversity. Stage 3: shortlisted candidates appear for WAT and PI, after which final merit is prepared using CAT, PI, WAT and resume components.

Does 85 percentile guarantee an IIM Kozhikode call?
No. It is the published minimum eligibility threshold for General-category candidates for 2026-28. Shortlisting uses the Aggregate Index Score and other profile factors.
Is work experience compulsory?
No. Work experience is considered in the shortlist but is not a compulsory eligibility requirement for the flagship PGP.
