Where Is TSM Madurai?

Thiagarajar School of Management is located at Pamban Swamy Nagar, Thiruparankundram, Madurai District, Tamil Nadu 625005. The campus is outside the dense central-city environment, so applicants should consider commute patterns, access to the city and the fact that the full-time programmes are residential.

TSM Residential Model

TSM's full-time MBA and PGDM are residential programmes. The current fee structure describes twin-sharing residential accommodation, with single occupancy subject to availability. Residential living means academic activities, peer interaction and many co-curricular experiences take place within a shared campus environment.

For students comparing TSM with day-scholar B-schools, this is an important lifestyle difference. It can improve peer interaction and reduce daily commute, but it also means accommodation and mess are part of the total cost of attending.

Accommodation and Mess Cost

TSM currently shows ₹3.5 lakh for accommodation and mess across two years for both MBA and PGDM. This is separate from academic fees but included when TSM presents the total programme cost.

Learning Environment

TSM's academic model uses case studies, live projects, business simulations, industry visits, practitioner interactions and internships. The value of the residential model therefore extends beyond accommodation: students share a concentrated environment with peers working on management assignments, presentations, competitions and placement preparation.

What Students Should Evaluate Before Joining
