Why we started?

The problem isn't lack of information. It's knowing what to do with it.

Students already have access to college websites, counselling portals, rankings, placement reports, PDFs, news articles and online discussions.

The challenge is putting all of that information together and understanding what actually matters for a decision.

CollegeDecoded was founded by Vaibhav Singh with a focus on bringing data-led research and clearer decision-making to higher education.

His experience spans data research, analytics and education content. He has worked with large education datasets, built research and reporting systems, and used analytics to understand how people discover and evaluate information.

At CollegeDecoded, that experience comes together to build a research-led platform where college information is structured, checked and explained for students.

He works on building a strong technical foundation that can support CollegeDecoded as its college database, research coverage and student-facing tools continue to grow.
